› Authors should submit an original paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, using the on-line submission procedure. Be sure to follow the formatting instructions below.
› The authors are requested to produce and provide the paper WITHOUT any reference to any of the authors: this means that it is necessary to remove the authors' personal details, the acknowledgements section and any reference that may disclose the authors identity.
› LaTeX/PS/PDF/DOC/DOCX/RTF format are accepted.
› The web submission procedure automatically sends an acknowledgement, by e-mail, to the contact author.
› The submission format is the same as the camera-ready format. After the reviewing process is completed, the contact author (the author who submits the paper) of each paper will be notified of the result, by e-mail. The authors are required to follow the reviews in order to improve their paper before the camera-ready submission.
Paper Submission Types:
›Regular Paper Submission
A regular paper presents a work where the research is completed or almost finished. It does not necessary means that the acceptance is as a full paper. It may be accepted as a "full paper" (30 min. oral presentation) , a "short paper" (20 min. oral presentation) or a "poster".
›Position Paper Submission
A position paper presents an arguable opinion about an issue. The goal of a position paper is to convince the audience that your opinion is valid and worth listening to, without the need to present completed research work and/or validated results. It is, nevertheless, important to support your argument with evidence to ensure the validity of your claims. A position paper may be a short report and discussion of ideas, facts, situations, methods, procedures or results of scientific research (bibliographic, experimental, theoretical, or other) focused on one of the conference topic areas. The acceptance of a position paper is restricted to the categories of "short paper" or "poster", i.e. a position paper is not a candidate to acceptance as "full paper".

Poster Presentations
Posters will have dedicated sessions during the conference, during which authors must be next to their poster to answer questions.
The poster size must not exceed the A0 (84 cm X 118 cm) portrait format. Please use an appropriate font size for the posters so that they are readable by the participants 1.5 meter away. The poster message should be clear and understandable without oral explanation.
Please assure the poster is placed on the board before the beginning of the poster session. Authors are required to stand by their posters during the whole poster session since this is when the participation certificates will be given. The poster presenter must also bring the poster already printed.
Oral Presentations
All technical session rooms are equipped with a computer running Microsoft Windows with Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader. By using a pen drive or a CD, speakers may use the above mentioned equipment. Speakers may also use their own computer.

All papers accepted for the conference, whatever the presentation format, will be published in the proceedings under an ISBN reference, on paper and on CD-ROM support, as long as the camera-ready submission, registration and copyright document have been received.
There are three types of paper for the Conference:
› Full Papers: papers allocated 30 minutes for oral presentation (including discussion). These papers are assigned a 10-page limit in the conference proceedings.
› Short Papers: papers allocated 20 minutes for oral presentation (including discussion). These papers are assigned a 6-page limit in the conference proceedings.
